Want to work with Hey Mate?

We’re not actively hiring right now, but we’re always open to hearing from values-aligned practitioners, facilitators and creatives who connect with our mission.

If you think you could be a good fit for future opportunities, you’re welcome to submit an Expression of Interest.

We’re especially interested in hearing from people who have:

• Lived or professional experience in the arts, creative industries or cultural sector

• Relevant professional qualifications and registration, where applicable

• Experience supporting mental health, wellbeing, peer support, psychosocial safety or community care

• A warm, ethical and trauma-informed approach

• An understanding of the unique pressures facing artists, arts workers and creative organisations

We also welcome EOIs from facilitators, trainers, peer workers, creative practitioners, community workers and people with relevant lived experience.
