The Standard Mental Health First Aid course is ideal for all creative industry and wider community members including those individuals who support families and friends through a mental illness or health professionals who work with adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Online Mental Health First Aid program covers the same material as the standard 2-day course, but instead is covered through:

+ 2x Live Online Workshops (29th of April & the 3rd of May, 2026 @ 12:00PM - 3:00PM - AEDT)
Tickets include:
+ Mental Health First Aid Manual (shipped to address provided)
+ Self-Paced eLearning (to be complete prior to zoom sessions)
+ Live Online Workshop #1 (2.5 hours, via Zoom) 29th April
+ Live Online Workshop #2 (2.5 hours, via Zoom) 3rd of May
+ Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years) if all components are completed
