Mental Health First Aid - Feb 26th & 27th
Mental Health First Aid is the nationally recognised accredited training for individuals and teams to be able to effectively respond to mental health issues.
You'll learn how to:
+ common mental health issues
+ Provide initial help using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan
+ Respond in a Mental Health crisis situation
+ Seek appropriate professional help
The Standard Mental Health First Aid course is ideal for all creative industry and wider community members including those individuals who support families and friends through a mental illness or health professionals who work with adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Online Mental Health First Aid program covers the same material as the standard 2-day course, but instead is covered through:
+ Online Self-Paced eLearning
+ 2x Live Online Workshops Feb 26th & 27th

+ Mental Health First Aid Manual (shipped to address provided)
+ Self-Paced eLearning (6 hours)
+ Live Online Workshop #1 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)
+ Live Online Workshop #2 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)
+ Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years) if all components are completed
